On Monday, October 10, downtown Binghamton hosts the annual Columbus Day parade and Italian Festival between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
The roads marked in red will be closed for the parade starting at 9 a.m. until the parade finishes, around noon.
The road marked in green will be closed all day for the Italian Festival.
